Hey everyone.... Ok, So I have never posted under this forum before..but I am just excited about this new dvd I bought.... So I am a stay at home mom, taking care of my disabled bed ridden father-which means I am confined to my home 24/7. Since my surgery in June of '06.. I havent really exercised--BAD I KNOW !!!!! REAL BAD.... I always made the excuse I didnt have time...dont get me wrong, everything I do with my child and father I do get a good workout....  well one of my good friends is a trainer at Curves and she reccomended me looking into the "walk away the pounds" dvd by Leslie Sansone... I ordered it online from walmart with 97cent shipping-cant beat that---with tax and all it was like 12 something.... ANYWAYS... . I got the one mile/two mile dvd.... and I have never in my whole fat/or shrinking me life been so motivated to get up and workout! I just think it is so awesome!  It is life a total body workout...and its SOOOOOOOOOOOOO easy!!! I am still nearly 100 pounds from my goal weight, so If my big body can get up and do it, I think anyone can! It is just so easy ...  OK... so if you are like me --needed something to help ya out at home---IT ROCKS :) Ya'll have a blessed one :) Brooke

No not at all....its all walking in place..or walking side to side...it doesnt take much floor room at all... in the video they also use some weighted balls---I havent bought them yet...so I just go through them doing the arm movements ..an they will tell u on there if you dont have them to go ahead and do the movements that the workout is still really good for you... here is the link to the one i bought at walmart.... they also have i think a 4mile and maybe even a 5 mile... i havent ventured off and tried them yet...i just keep repeating this one and two mile.... :) http://www.walmart.com/catalog/product.do?product_id=4168655

If you dont have the weights you can use somehting around your house that weighs the same. you can even put sand in a tupperware thing to make a weight.. good luck..

I really enjoy her too. She really gets you to feel like moving and her moves are so easy to follow. Keep up the good work.
