Saturday and Sunday took off, did a lot of dancing Saturday night but not real workouts. Monday 2:15 pm to 3:30 pm @ power shack 15 min warmup speed benching Push Press Smith machine incline press wide grip 1 arm DB Laterals 10:45 pm to 11:45 pm @ work gym 15 min warm up inverted chins DB Shrugs Rope pulls to face superset declined sit up Earl "Do it because most people won't."

I am in California now so I am still adjusting to the time change.  I missed my persnoal training sessions I normally have on Mondays already LOL. Monday just was shopping, cleaning, and taking care of my grandma.

Hi Earl!  I got back from vaca.  Did real well in the Exercise department while gone - 12 total hours of ATV riding (compares to bike riding in caloric burn I discovered), 4-5 hours beach walking, just a bit of yoga. Monday:  45 minute wog Tuesday:  45 minute wog, 20 push ups girl style, 100 ball crunches, 10 leg lunges.

Hey Neecee, sounds like fun. We're planning on hitting the beach this spring. I can't wait.
