Hi Earl! I got back from vaca. Did real well in the Exercise department while gone - 12 total hours of ATV riding (compares to bike riding in caloric burn I discovered), 4-5 hours beach walking, just a bit of yoga.
Monday: 45 minute wog
Tuesday: 45 minute wog, 20 push ups girl style, 100 ball crunches, 10 leg lunges.
