Today I did running on the treadmill, 10 minutes of stair stepper machine, triceps, biceps, lower back, glutes, 1 set of squats (knee's said no in the middle of the 2nd set), and lots of eliptical.

My knees say no no no all the time. I found these neoprene wraps at the sporting good store...made for a normal persons thigh and groin area. I use them on my knees when it's squat or throwing day. Makes a world of difference. Keeps my joints warm and gives me just the right amount of compression to hold everything together. Meaning...less pain.
