Does anybody out there know?

What percent of our total body weight is supposed to be fat? I guess I should have asked my Curves counselor when she did my measurements today. I have gone from 45.7% to 45.1% since I started working out there January 26. Any responses would be greatly appreciated.

Ideally for a woman you should have a body fat of 20%. Men are lower. That would mean you need to be toward the middle to middle low end of your ideal weight and have very good body tone. Hope that helps.

When I was going to the gym, they had a chart.  The "ideal" range for women was something like 20-26%.    I remember that because I dropped down to something like 30% which was in their mid-range for "overweight".
