Hi all new to the board
Wow took a while but figured out how to get into this board. Not a savy as I thought on computers I guess. I love working out and have wanted to check out this board.. so what do we do here. give up the info.. let me join in if you dont mind.
A little about myself
I didnt really start working out until about 3 months ago. I have pretty bad arthritsis and at the weight I was at it was just so hard for me to do much. I decided in January I would give it ago and love going to the gym now. I am 10 months out.. starting at 264 down to 137 and in size 5 jeans. this past month I lost 5 inches in my stomach. I work out 5 days a week M-F and do other things on the weekend to keep me moving.
So just wanted to say hi and see what you all do here that i can get involved with... thanks for listening.

Wow - great job! I got addicted to exercise, don't know what I would do without it. In the rare times I can't cuz of schedules or whatever, i really hate how I feel.
I have been walking (as a centerpiece to my workout) for 21 years at least 5 days a week. I also have jogged, biked, softballed, hiked, swam, aerobic classes, weight lifted 15 years, yogi for three years now.
Dh and I try to get out and bike or at least garden most weekends, too. It really is very rare when i do squat nuttin.
