I'm back...feeling pretty good today.
12:30 pm to 1:15 pm Throwing practice
2:15 pm to 3:30 pm @ power shack
15 min warm up
Suspended floor press
Suspended close grip floor press
Incline Discus Flyes
1 Arm DB Press
1 Arm DB Laterals
11 pm to mid @ work gym (I'm working 5 pm to 2 am)
Walk treadmill 20 min, up to level 10, up to 3.3 mph, 1.03 miles
Inverted Chins
Cybex Narrow Rows
Rope Pulls to face

Me = 30 minutes vinyassa flow yoga. Stayed too late at work, planning for a meeting with my cbo. Then my daughter called and asked me to stop by denny's for a coke and to entertain her while it was slow.
I did, and knew i was sacrificing my walk after work.
Manana. Bike ride and ab work.

Monday's workout:
20 minutes on the tredmill @ 4.0
5 minute tredmill cooldown
4 sets of alternating 20 Squats / 10 push-ups
4 sets of bicep curls (with the resistance blue and red thingys :D)
4 sets of 12 arm lifts (5 lb dumbells)
6 minutes on the eliptical
4 sets of 12 tricep curls
4 sets of 12 shoulder lifts (25lbs)
4 sets of 15 leg presses (@120lbs)
6 minutes of Arc Trainer
4 sets of 15 Hip Abductors
4 sets of 8 lower back (and butt) lifts
That was all.
I have been getting tired mid day, not sure why. Really had to motivate myself to leave the house to go to the gym. I really believe if I didnt have a feeling of obligation to my trainer to be there I would have probably napped and not gone. O.o
ok. so everything I did yesterday is how i see how this post works ok.. lets see if i can remember it all..
45-minutes on ellipitcal at level 7 between 60 to 70 rmp..
worked with my trainer for 45 minutes..Worked on back and arms and tummy.
pull ups 3 sets of 20
flat push down 3 sets of 20
reverse flys 3 sets of 15
seated row 3 sets of 10/ short row 3 sets of10
lateral and frontal raises 3 sets of 15
low back recline- 3 sets of 10
hyper extension 3 sets of 10 both sides
side crunches 3 sets of 15
also did an hour of step areobics
i figure the areobics and step is about 900 calories burned. dont know how to measure superset strenght trainning but i figure i burn a few there as well.
guess i cant count gardening after work and feeding and showering 4 kids.. that is a work out in itself.
