Thursday work out
Nothing today... Sat at my desk, went and got my nails done (sat there too!), went home and took a nap, got up went to school (sat there), came home at 10:30... went to bed. O.o Food: Vitamins Breakfast - fruit bites Lunch - 5 small chicken nuggets (breast meat, lightly breaded) Dinner - Sushi! Tuna, Eel, and Scallops.
I parked further out in the parking lot coming back from lunch. Did it this morning too but this is Friday. I drank so much water yesterday I walked to the bathroom and back 10 times during work. That's 5 more than usual. When I got home I worked up a sweat turning on the sprinklers.
Other than than I sat, and sat, and sat some more.
