15 minutes stretching and tae-kwon-do movements
15 minutes tredmill
4 sets of 12 squats with 6lbs dumbells
4 sets of 12 bicep curls with 6lb dumbells
4 sets of 8 Lower Back lifts
4 sets of 8 bench press (just the bar I know WEAK :P)
4 sets of 12 shoulder lifts
15 minutes of arc trainer and eliptical
2 sets of 12 pushup, stopped short due to mild discomfort in left hand.
4 sets of 15 leg presses, 127.5 lbs. 140 bothered my knee yesterday
My right elbow is being somewhat babied since my elbow was hyper extended? during my gallbladder surgery.
