It is Tuesday, isn't it? I'm losing track. My work schedule is all mixed up. 3pm to 3:45 pm Throwing practice at the park 11 pm @ work gym walk treadmill 45 min up to level 15, up to 3.8 mph, 2.45 miles That's it. Earl

a super day for me too.. 1230p - 115p spinning class 530p - 615p spinning class again!
