Friday 2:30 pm to 3:50  pm @ power shack 20 min warm up Front squat Front Squat lockouts Olympic good mornings Sat 4 pm to 4:45 pm Calf work seated and standing calf raises neck work Abs side bends, twists and good mornings witih 45 # bar 2 circuits DB Curls superset DB French press Pushdowns superset concentration curls Quick fast workout to get the blood going...then drank and danced all night. Sunday  was going to train at work but one of my techs went home sick again and I had to fill in again, no break to workout today. Earl

Thank you all for your support!! I am really loving to run!! I did my 10 mile long run today.  It seemed to take forever I think my legs were sore from my race yesterday.  I am going to pilates tonight to strech them out.  Thake care and stay strong Jennifer
