Calf work seated and standing calf raises
neck work
Abs side bends, twists and good mornings witih 45 # bar 2 circuits
DB Curls superset DB French press
Pushdowns superset concentration curls
Quick fast workout to get the blood going...then drank and danced all night.

was going to train at work but one of my techs went home sick again and I had to fill in again, no break to workout today.
