go check out  Body for Life - they have great exercises and routines.  Better if you can get a book (library) and copy some pages to put in a file for yourself.  I'd even try to google "upper body weight routine" and see what you get!

The more research you do, the more you'll see there's a million different ways to train. All of them work...for someone.
