I know why I was asked to take it by my weight trainer. It will help protect my joints and decrease the build up of lactic acid from working out. I would like to know if others take it and if it is well with them, if it makes a difference. I know you have to take it daily and it must build up to work but it is so nasty tasting.
That makes sense.
I've read it's good for the joints, but I don't know anyone that actually takes it.
Most people that have arthritis and athletes I know take Glucosamine and chondroitin sulfate for their joints. Some brands even have MSM included. I think those 2 supplements work well over time. Same thing, you have to let it build up in your system.
