WTG - Earl!!!!! I wogged my lil fat rear on the river trail, kept up with a young skinny girl. 1.33 hours!!!!   We rock!

I attended an hour aerobics class at the Y it is called Zumba and is a very very fasted paced class based on dances such as the salsa, the calyosp, cha cha, belly dancing and other latin type dances. I was shaking my butt off.
