20 min conditioning circuit - mainly abs but farmers walk too
walk treadmill 40 min, up to 3.8 mph, up to level 14, 2.23 miles

I'm just weird.
I was filling in for a late shift guy 5 pm to 2 am. So I waited to take my break at 11 pm when it's slow here. I eat at my desk when it's slow and use my lunch hour to workout. I'm a late night person anyway. I've always worked nights and don't usually get up before 10 am most days.
I have access to more than 1 gym, so late workouts and splitting my workouts up, works for me. I have a full gym 20 feet outside my office door. I have a complete power lifting gym at home and workout at a commercial gym chain (one membership and you can use any of their gyms) during the winter.
Soory, I've been MIA on the exercise...I did 45 minutes on the gazelle...I'll be going in for hernia/panni removal surgery on Tuesday so I'll check in but won't be doing much....You guys keep rockin'! Dede
