When is it ok to start working out?
Depends on what you mean by working out.
Ask your surgeon. Most say 4 to 6 weeks you can start light weight training. I personally recommend walking as often as possible. 1 month out you'll have energy drains and you're still recovering from surgery so don't pu****
No ab work, especially crunches. Believe it or not you'll lose more off your waist by taking the energy and walking.
