Getting it in when I can.  Lots of call offs at work, so I'm filling in and working late. 3 pm to 4 pm @ power shack 15 min warmup Suspended front squats Suspended Olympic Good mornings Lunges Great workout actually. Sometimes my best workouts are the short ones where I know I don't have a lot of time and I concentrate on 1 or 2 movements. 11 pm @ work gym 4 min stepper 41 min treadmill up to level 10, up to 3.5 mph, 2.15 miles Earl

I think that workout is fantastic! I was a good girl, too while in DC this past weekend: Friday:  short airport walks Saturday:  6 hours around town touring museums Sunday:  30 minute 4.5 mph treadmill work, 100 crunches, 20 lunges, then 30 minutes in pool that evening Monday:  several short walks Tuesday:  2.5 hour wog all over DC

Good job Neecee. I know it's hard to stay consistant when out of town. My girlfriend lives in another town and I have issue getting in a workout when I'm over there on the weekends. Ohio should be warming up next week and I can start walking and throwing outside. I can't wait. It's been a long winter.
