Well after two weeks of not being able to attend the gym, I was finally cleared to return go working out. Yesterday I worked with my personal trainer and had a nice workout. Nothing over stressfull to my body (Gallbladder surgery).
I started out about 15 minutes before my trainer by stretching and practicing some of my martial kata's which envolved kicks and various hand strikes.
Then the workout:
3 sets of 10 Over head arm lifts - 20lbs
4 sets of 15 squats
4 sets of 8 lunges
4 sets of 12 bench presses (15 whole pounds :D)
6 minutes on the eliptical at 65+ RPM
4 sets of 15 hip abductors (80lbs)
4 sets of 15 hip adductors (80lbs)
4 sets of 12 bicep curles (7.5 lbs)
4 sets of 12 tricep curles (20 lbs)
6 minutes on the eliptical at 65+ RPM
That was it.
