have fun, earl.  I am off to Washington DC this weekend, back on Tuesday.  I'll walk lots, try to get down to the pool, gym a couple times anyway! Wed:  50 minute wog Thursd:  60 minute wog I'll try to poke my head in once in a while!!!!

Hi Mr. Earl, and Neecee! I did a little over 2 miles yesterday...going to have my hernia repair very soon and a panni removal, so exercise will be a no go for a while....Neecee have a pleasant trip! Dede
