Saturday's workout
Hi Buddy! Nice long workout for you, WTG!
I have been spotty this past few days.
Thursday AND Friday, nada. Traveled to LAX, and got delays. I did do small patches of airport walking,for what that is worth.
Saturday, thank God i got up early and did 45 minutes walking and some ab stuff as well as the airport walking. In fact, had to RUN for a plane, did 5 minutes of out of breath running for my life. LOL, but made my plane home.
Sunday - 35 minute bike ride with DH - hard and fast.

I know what you mean by spotty. I've been a little spotty myself lately. I just do what I can do. Arnold show is next weekend and I actually don't have time to train when it's in town. I'm in a convention center full of weight lifting equipment and don't workout. So, I'll make adjustments.

walked treadmill 30 min, up to level 10, up to 3.4 mph EZ

Hiya NeeCee and Mr. Earl! I too, have been spotty on doing my workouts..perhaps it's in the air.....I didn't do anything on Saturday and Sunday I only managed to do 2 miles......Dede
