DVD... Turbo Jam/HipHop Abs
So I recently saw an info-mercial for HIP HOP ABS....
looks great! and I am thinking maybe I NEED IT...
so I started looking around the web, and saw alot of messaging about TURBO JAM...
Had anyone tried these?
I have seen alot on Turbo Jam, but would love to hear from someone who has tried HIP HOP ABS...
anyone out there?
Does anyone think these are worth the $60 they cost?
Does anyone know where I can buy them for less?
Hip Hop abs looks like a GOOD work out that is fun, and effective.....
I look forward to all your responses!

I have them, I wasn't particualy impressed with them, it goes very fast and the speed was a bit too fast for me. I've tried just about every gimmic and workout out there. I actually have been doing both "Biggest loser" video's they are affordable and a challenge. The second DVD you can mix-up more of your rountine. I have seen remarkable weightloss and reshaping of my body it's really unbelievable.
But, if you can handle the fast pace of a workout "Turbo Jam" is for you.
Good luck.

Have you ever heard of the company called Crunch...they have videos with dancing and exercising. It's not hard, easy to follow and cheap! You do things like the hustle in the one I have and I am looking forward to buying the Salsa one. I had back surgery x2 and this exercise is really easy for me and I can easily cut out certain exercises and still move without getting lost. lol
I had been doing Turbo Kick at the gym for a few years, and saw that they had come out with a home version of it, Turbo Jam.....I like doing it when I cannot get to the gym...it is slower paced than the gym workout, but it is good, I enjoy it.
If you are new to exercise , you can take it slower and do the lower impact moves in place of the harder moves. I have not gotten hip hop abs yet, but I do plan on trying it.
I used to smoke 2 packs of cigarettes a day, so spending 60 dollars on workouts that I can do over and over again is not a bad expense to me! I've only seen the infomercial for the last couple of weeks, hopefully you will be able to get reviews soon.
