Tried the GAZELLE machine?

Have any of you tried the GAZELLE sprinter machine?  If so, please let me/us know what you think of it. Thanks in advance, Deb

I have one, and yes I use it for in between workouts it is a good home fix. I prefer the treadmill or outside running for my cardio but it will do in a pinch.

Hi. I have a gazelle that I love. It is not the spinter though. There is a forum on www.sparkpeople.com that is devoted to the Gazelle. People who have questions and answers and suggestions about the Gazelle post there. There are so many message forums there, it is a little hard to find things. But after signing in (it's free to register), you can go to the message boards and type Gazelle in the search box in the upper right hand portion of the screen and then press search. It will list the messages that refer to the Gazelle. You can click on any one to read that message and then click on the link to the message board where that message was posted. I belong to several forums in the "Other Groups" message boards. I think that is where at least one Gazelle forum is located - but there are pages and pages of these forums on ANY topic in the world and it is hard to find that special one that you are looking for.

Thanks for referring to that forum, it sounds like a neat place to discuss it. I always wanted the front splits and this machine really reminds me of it.
