thursday's workout
Way to go, Miss DeDe and Master Earl! I always greet the thought of at least the two of you out there somewhere working hard! Dede - LOVE the commando!
Thursday: skinny girl at work wog - 55 minutes (had a work meeting that kept me from my usual hour and 20 minutes). Man alive, i went fast though! Worked in two BIG hills. I keep it on the ground - I was reading that wogging may actually be less work for the body, the fastest rate of walking is more strenuous!
Thursday morning, I did 200 ball crunches, 24 girlie push ups and 20 minutes vinyassa flow yoga.
Neecee doing awesome babe! I think the commando came from hearing my hubby saying it alot...:P it IS funny though, isn't it? Those hills can be killers, but they work so wonderfully!You keep it up hon! Dede
