Biggest Loser DVD

Hi Everyone. Hope you can help me. I am almost 3 months post-op and have been using my treadmill everynight for about 1 mile 6 incline 3.0 speed. I want to use my Biggest loser exercise DVD with bob the trainer, suzy, matt and the others. WOuld this be an appropriate exercise DVD to use? I also have the cardio one from Mcdonalds that someone gave me. are these ok to use.. thanks for the help

Hello, absolutely .... it's very appropriate.  Doing ANY kind of exercise is excellent! KEEP on Moving.. the MORE you are ACTIVE the MORE you will lose!! i do recommend this DVD. It's a great workout!! I also recommend doing the Walk away the pounds DVD. ( 2 mile DVD ) I am going to get the 5 mile walk - i can't wait to try it out!! :-) i read that it is advance walking , although i want the challenge!! You can alternate DVD's.  Thats what i do, so the body doesn't have a chance to get use to the same exercise.... and ONCE our bodies gets use to the same exercise or foods, that means we will hit a PLATEAU! So always change your routine daily... Treadmil in the morning , the DVD at night ... OR do walk away the pounds DVD , and do the Biggest loser's DVD. always keep changing.... also on the ( Biggest loser's DVD ) on the workout menu , go to kym's workout. under woman's workout ...click on the first link there. great workout!! I love it! i just worked out to Bob's bootcamp, and then did the low intense cardio with Kym. SHE is so motivating and her exercises are excellent! Watching suzy, matt and the others are so motivating as well. it's awesome! before dinner i will run on my treadmil :-) hugss Lizzy

Thank you Lizzy, I feel much better now.. I wasn't sure because I want to get my stomach muscles to start tightening up and don't know how to do that... but now i will do the dvd and treadmill at night. have to get new treadmill as mine just burned its rubber tread last night and it was smokin..   thank you again

Lizzy - I just acquired the WATP 5 mile advanced and it is fantastic!!  I had so much fun it was unreal how fast the time went by.
