Conditioning today... 2:30 to 3:40 pm @ power shack Neck work 20 min abs and stretching 30 min walking treadmill up to level 10, up to 3.5  mph Have a great day. Earl Date night...gotta go...

YAY Earl! Date night, huh?  Renaissance man! I asked my DH to say it with lobster this Wednesday night!  I hope he buys us a lobster tail and busts out a steak for us to bbq & share! Today: 2.25 hour bike ride moderate pace = 1060 calories burned per fitday.  I'll take it! It felt wonderful.  Little chilly today, overcast, but I heated up.
