Hi there Earl, didn't do anthing on Sunday, jogged with hubby on Saturday...boy, did he work me!!!! OMG! He should be a drill SGT. LOL Today I think I'm going to be content to walk, my knee is stiff..not overdoing anything....Sounds like you did great! I'm glad you're back in action, exercise is so important! Dede
