I took Saturday off. Went bowling and stuff. Sunday 8 pm to 9 pm @ work 15 min warmup Good mornings Olympic good mornings squats Midnight to 12:45 am after work Abs calf press superset side bends with 45 pound plate walk treadmill 20 min 3 mph level 5 just to work off some stiffness...bowling about killed me Earl

Hi there Earl, didn't do anthing on Sunday, jogged with hubby on Saturday...boy, did he work me!!!! OMG! He should be a drill SGT.  LOL Today I think I'm going to be content to walk, my knee is stiff..not overdoing anything....Sounds like you did great! I'm glad you're back in action, exercise is so important! Dede

Good Job Dede.  Everytime I get the urge to jog I end up getting hurt in one way or another. I think those days are long gone unfortunately. Have a good day (more snow here) Earl
