It's Friday...yeah...
Had a Doctor appt. to get the yearly blood work done this afternoon so split up my training at work gym.
8 pm to 9 pm @ work
10 warmup
speed bench
Overhead press
Push press
1 Arm Lateral raises
11:15 pm to 11:45 pm @ work gym after work
Inverted rows
Narrow grip pulldowns
Rope Pulls to face.
Stay strong...it's the weekend...get off the couch and do something.
