It's Friday...yeah... Had a Doctor appt. to get the yearly blood work done this afternoon so split up my training at work gym. 8 pm to 9 pm @ work 10 warmup speed bench Overhead press Push press 1 Arm Lateral raises 11:15 pm to 11:45 pm @ work gym after work Inverted rows Narrow grip pulldowns Rope Pulls to face. Stay strong...it's the weekend...get off the couch and do something. Earl

Me too, Dede!  nada Earl, good job! I plan to get a bike ride in this weekend, may have to be in the rain, but I'm not sugar. I'll definitly get two walks/wogs in! And thos damnable ab things i have not done all week.
