The gym I joined a few months ago had both and I was wondering what the difference was?? If one does more for you then the other

Sauna is a dry heat and the steam room is a humid heat.  If you like to sit in a hot room and sweat I think the sauna is probably better for you.  I can't stand either for more than 5 minutes.  Neither will help with weight loss.  I do know a couple people who like to stretch in the sauna, but I think it does not really help with much. Good luck and God Bless! Dwight
