Thursday work out

Doing a 5 mile hard fast walk with that skinny lil young thing after work! I need to get on my ball and do 200 crunches this AM.  I have been avoiding that all week.  Also need some lunges and push ups.

 

What u guys doing??????

200 crunches!! WOW! This morning did my wogging of 3 miles and did some upper body lifting and then walked for a few minutes to kill time. Have a great day and keep up the great work! Michelle

I actually went outside and jogged this am, I'd say I probably did about 20 total minutes of jogging.  I walked too, to catch my breath.  Unfortunately I need a watch to time myself...My legs certainly feel it today!!! But, it feels good! Dede
