Wednesday workout

Squat day...and actually squatted today.  It would appear the ACL is about healed. No pain at all while squatting but didn't pu**** 20 min warmup Power cleans from floor Suspended Good mornings Suspended Squats Leg curls Seated Calf Raises Might do 30 min walk on treadmill after work. Just to break up the soreness from sitting all night and no breaks tonight. Train insane! Earl

Good job Earl! I did my 3 miles today and actually jogged in place for about 1 1/2 miles of it...Very good blood pumper for me! Dede
