Here we are at the start of another week! I did my 3 miles of "wogging" on the elliptical and some crunches. Kind of a lazy morning but the carido go in and that was most vital to me.   Have a great day and a good workout! Michelle

Good morning Michelle!!!! You did great hon, I didn't "wog" and will probably hold off for a bit, my hernia is giving me fits...however, I did do  a 4 mile walk today at a high pace...so I'm happy as a clam! Dede
