it's hard for me to get to the gym and right now going out side is dangerous..from the ice and stuff...do is there anything I can do inside..if so can somone help me with an exercise plan..I am also stuck at 170 been here 2 months..HELP!!

STARTING WEIGHT: 249

CURRENT WEIGHT:172

GOAL WEIGHT 130

Here's a good link with some lots of FREE useful info... http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/bbinfo.php?page=TrainingatHo me Just a suggestions...pick a couple of exercises like squats and pushups and just do them back and forth, without rest,  for a set time like 15 or 20 minutes...you'll get your cardio and strength training in at same time. It doesn't matter how many reps or the exercises, just keep moving. Good luck Earl
