Hi Earl! BTW - love your quotes!  Good job today.  How is your acl? Today: wogged 1.33 hours with my office buddy after work.  This morning, did 5 minutes ab belly dance style work/ 25 minutes sun salutations.

Good workout!  I wish I could do the treadmill.  It's killer on my knees! Today was heavy weight training day.  FInished up with 30 minutes on the cross trainer.
