Hey gang! Ok 3 miles "wogging" as I noticed it was called yesterday on the Eliptical. 38 mins.  Godd number of Crunches cause I am obbessed with my abs. Have a great day and a even better workout!  Off to work I go! Michelle

WTG, Starry!!! I got up late, and have a late work day today.  I'll try to get in a couple of ten minute walks, maybe another 30 when I get home.

I wog all the time but it's not usually in the gym. Wed training  12:20 pm to 1:35 pm @ power shack 15 min warmup Speed bench w/mini bands OH Press Hammer Incline press 1 Arm DB laterals 8 pm to 9 pm @ work gym Inverted rows Narrow Pulldowns Rope pulls to face superset w decline situp (holding in hernia) Walk treadmill 15 min (ACL issues still but getting faster) Recumbent bike 15 min Earl

Thanks Dede. Hernias suck.  I found if I stay away from crunch type movements and wear my belt when I do things that stress my abs like deadlifts, I'm ok.
