Hi Starry! Good job, Lady!!!!
I went outside for an early wog - 55 minutes. I did ten lunges per leg before going inside.
I'd like it if I did a few sun salutations tonight.
EDIT: I did 100 ball crunches, 12 girl push ups during Dr. Phil
