Squat day again...without the squats. 12:40 pm to 1:35 pm @ power shack 20 min warmup Hang Cleans Partial Deadlifts Glute Ham Raises 7:30 pm to 8:20 pm @ work gym walk treadmill 10 min, 2.8 mph up to level 4 (just testing out the knee, ACL doesn't hurt but feels unstable) Recumbent bike 40 min Earl

Good workout Earl! I did 30 minutes on the cross trainer, 30 minutes on the precor, and 300 ab crunches.
