Great workout! Today was weight training day.  I got to the gym about 7:00 am, did my warmups, and logged into fitlinxx.  I did my normal workout of 4 sets of 30 on the machines and logged out with a total lifted of a little over 200,000 lbs.  I wrapped up with some ab crunches on the exercise ball (love em!!) and 30 minutes on the cross trainer for my cardio.

Way cool!  Do you ever go to the CA board get togethers?  They sometimes have them in northern CA.
