Saturday's workout
Great workout!
Today was weight training day. I got to the gym about 7:00 am, did my warmups, and logged into fitlinxx. I did my normal workout of 4 sets of 30 on the machines and logged out with a total lifted of a little over 200,000 lbs. I wrapped up with some ab crunches on the exercise ball (love em!!) and 30 minutes on the cross trainer for my cardio.
