Exercising with bad back?
Hi Meesa,
It's hard to answer questions like this because we don't know your health, ablilities or the extent of your injury.
I know when I had a pinched nerve (several over the years actually) walking was always a good cure for my back. Then I got to where I could put a broom stick on my back and do sidebends and good mornings (bend overs/ toe touch things).
If you just need some exercises to do in a chair, get some bands or light dumbbells and start pulling and curling. I know it's general but people write books on this stuff. Here's a link...just look up band exercises and you get all kinds of ideas...just choose what you can do and forget the rest.
