The Final Word!
A couple of months ago I posted a message here in regards to the supposed fat burning zone; you may be able to view this post as a sticky post still on the main message board of the exercise and fitness forum.
Anyway, in that post I said that I would be following up with an an article i wrote for the January issue of OH Magazine. I don't mean to beat a dead horse, but below you will find a link to the article which I feel sets to rest the "fat burning zone" myth.

Hey Jeremy,
Just got home from the gym :-) Thanks for your excellent article. It's neat to see it in final form, following the discussions you initiated here the messageboard last Fall.
My gut sense has always been that the harder I work out, the more sweaty and "whooped" I feel when I'm done, the better. Lately, as I gain strength and confidence, I actually ENJOY pushing myself. Math makes my head hurt, and I thank you for explaining your theory in a way I could understand. I guess the table you referred to in the article was not in the online version, but I still got it.
Keep em coming!
