Today was light day for me.  I had to go to the gym after dinner and didn't have much time. I did 30 minutes of yoga when I got up.  After work, I went to the gym and did 20 minutes on the cross trainer, then did 150 ab crunches on the exercise ball and 75 of the ones where lay on the floor and raise your legs ups (AWESOME on the lower abs!!!) and finished up with 10 minutes on the precor.

Good job Terri. I have some of my best workouts when I don't have much time. Seems I squeeze more work in at a given time. Earl

Hi Rose We are neighbors - I am only about 2 hours up I-5 from you! I am a non-op, but love this board. Monday:  I did a 50 minute wog outside - felt so good!  Tuesday:  same thing Wednesday:  same ole, but tonight I need to do 100 ball crunches and 24 push ups, girl style.
