Has anyone heard of OXYCISE?

I am just out of surgery and right now I am in too much pain to even think about exercise but I know that now is the time to set my mind to start a gentle routine. I can't afford to go to a gym and was wondering if anyone has ever heard of the oxycise program which is a 15 minute breathing program which claims to burn more calories than an aerobic program 4 times that long and that it tones muscles and burns fat. I have not used it but I do have the DVD and was wondering if anyone else had tried it and been successful. They have a website: http://www.oxycise.com/ Thanks, Sharon

Uh, it sounds too good to be true. And you know what they say about that. Congrats on your recent surgery. Your best bet is to just start out slow with walking and build from there in my personal non-professional opinion. Good luck, Kelly

FYI...Too good to be true and this  is kinda like GREERS (SHE HAS AN INFOMERCIAL) BODY FLEX NONSENSE. There was a study done Greers body flex program (i think owns oxycise too) and the study ( it was on TV LAST YEAR SOME TIME) Said her products are gimmicks and don't work. :)
