Earl, take care of that knee!!!!! I did 3 miles and 30 minutes on the gazelle..plus worked on resistance with upper body..Dede

Very Nice :) My Wed Work Out: 2:00pm to 4:30pm @ Lifestyle Family Fitness 15 minute stretching 20 minute cross-trainer (the one like skiing) progressive height and resistance (L7 R35) 5x 12 rep @ 60lb - inner thighs 5x 12 rep @ 60lb - outer thighs 5x 20 rep @ 60lb - leg curls 4x 12 rep @ 45lb - seated rows (arms) 4x 12 rep @ 45lb - the one with the arms below shoulders to the left and right and you bring your arms in front of you. 4x 12 rep @ 50lb - arm press 15 minutes stretching It took me a while because it was my first time using most of the strengthing machines ^.^ I had to read the directions and mess around with adjusting the machines and getting help from the people there. I was expecting to be REALLY sore today, I think my body is waiting to hurt over the weekend just because it can :P Keep it up! -B-

today is thursday and I am 3 weeks post op.  I did a 2 MILE walking tape today with upper body work out as well.  It felt pretty darn good. Amy J
