20 min conditioning workout
mainly abs, farmer's walk, pushups kind of things
walk treadmill 30 min, 3.3 mph, level 7 1.65 miles
That's it today.

So many people will just take five pound weights and do something 10 times. What are they getting out of it? Nothing!

50 mins on elliptical starting on grade 5 then all the way up to 12............then 20 mins on weights.............. marshie
