Tuesday's workout

8:40 pm to 9:30 pm @ work gym 20 min  conditioning workout  mainly abs, farmer's walk, pushups kind of things walk treadmill 30 min, 3.3 mph, level 7 1.65 miles That's it today. Earl So many people will just take five pound weights and do something 10 times. What are they getting out of it? Nothing! Jack LaLanne

50 mins on elliptical starting on grade 5 then all the way up to 12............then 20 mins on weights.............. marshie

I did a 3 mile Walk Away the Pounds DVD and 30 minutes on the gazelle.....Dede

Hi Earl, marshie & Dede~ You all did great! Tuesday was a goodone for me:  after work I jogged 3.5 mles!   I'll be away for a while - going down to a conference in Santa Clara.  Got my walking shoes, i-pod mini, swim suit to stay on track while there. Back Monday 22nd. love to all...
