12:15 pm to 1:35 pm @ power shack 15 min warmup Power Cleans Squats 1/4 squats Olympic good mornings (new exercise for me...here's the youtube movie - it's what he's doing after the squats toward the end of the clip) feels great actually http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AH-IadDDsK4&mode=related&sear ch= Then regular heavy good mornings That's it today. Very heavy workout and my knee is shot, plus we're short staffed at work so no break to do my 2nd workout tonight. Stay strong Earl

Doing great Mr. Earl! I did 3 mile walk away the pounds and did some jogging intervals...also did some resistance training with my arms...have a great night! Dede

Hi Earl!  Yikes - hope what you're doing does not aggravate your knee???? you da man! I did a leisurely walk today with my grandsons.  Had a big biking weekend, so took it easy today.
