Exercise goals for the week

My goals for this week are 6 days a week, doing 3 miles a day(doing some interval jogging). And on alternate days doing some strength...who else has a goal????? Dede

308 start weight on 7/18/06
258 50 pounds GONE on 9/26/06
208 next goal 100 gone (done on 3/1)
190 dr goal
150 goal weight
135 current

Pretty much, me too - interval jogging every day at least 45-60 minutes! I do plan to take today "off".  I will do a leaisurely walk with baby grandsons. In addition, i will do 2x ab work, push ups.  Yoga 2x this week. I hope to get in some bike time as well, 1 hour.
