Had a little cough going on last night but it appears to have gone away today. TG for Vit C.

4:30 pm to 5:45 pm
30 min various abs, stretching stuff
Neck work
Forearm work
walk treadmill 30 min, 3.3 mph, level 8 (new treadmill at the gym..nice..fans and everything. Looks like the ****pit of a 747.
