Standing Calf machine superset hanging leg raises
Seated calf raise superset side bends with 45 # plate
walk treadmill 30 min, 3.2 mph, level 5
That's it today. I was going to do a conditioning workout tonight at work but my knee is shot. Back at it tomorrow.

There are so many health food nuts out there that eat nothing but natural foods but they don't exercise and they look terrible.

Sounds great.
To get better some times it helps to workout with someone a little better than ourselves. It pushes you. Like being the big fish in a little pond, it doesn't challenge you sometimes to workout alone. They always told me if you want to get strong, always workout with people that are stronger than you. Mentally it just keeps you from setting limits on yourself.
