12:25 pm to 1:45 pm @ power shack 15 min warmup Suspended floor press Close grip Floor press Incline DB Flyes 1 Arm DB Laterals Hammer 1 Arm Row Close Grip Pulldowns Rope Pulls to face. 8:10 pm to 9 pm @ work gym 20 min  conditioning circuit (mainly abs) 30 min treadmill, 3.2 mph, level 6 Earl Go Bucks...please!

Best New Year’s resolution I’ve heard – “I will not cancel my membership at the gym. As soon as I remember how to get there, I'll go every single day.”

Yeah the Bucks were kind of pitiful Monday night.  National Championship is just a bonus...at least we beat Michigan. Good workout. I think I would have to do everything backward while watching Dr Phil too. Earl
