Getting rid of the FLAB

Hi to you all;   I am seeking exercise advise. I was banded in May 06. I have lost 74 lbs and about 45 inches not bad I think. But I am getting the flab that come with wtl   I am looking for some exercises that can help.   Thank you in advance    Laurie

Hiya Laurie !!! Do some weights !!  You could use bands or arm weights.Also try leg lifts with weights and squats.   Unfortunately, the loose skin is a side effect of the weight loss for some of us.  I am in the process of having some of that skin removed now because all the weights, uphill running, etc.. wasn't toning the flabbiness !!!  Hopefully you will be one of the lucky ones that the resistance training stuff DOES work for !!
