What day is it? Oh yeah Hump day. All my days are running together anymore. I took Tuesday completely off. Just seem to need more rest lately. Wednesday 1:40 pm to 2:35 pm @ power shack Chest day 15 min warm up Flat DB Bench Press Hammer Incline Press Incline DB Flyes Seated Calf raises superset Lying Leg raises/reverse crunch 1 legged calf raises 8:30 pm  to 9:30 pm @ work gym Delts 10 min warmup 1 Arm DB Press Upright rows with EZ bar DB Front Raises DB lateral raises Rope Pulls to face superset DB French press (light for a pump) Earl If you do what you've always done, you'll get what you've always gotten.

Sounds like a plan. I find it's just easier to split it up. Fits into my day better and I don't think humans were designed to "just" do 1 hour of physical exercise 3 days a week. We can do more. Good luck Earl
