Thursday's workout
Good job Neecee. At least you got something in. I haven't been sleeping well lately either. Not sure why.
Discus and shot drills...hard to describe. Basically a lot of spinning and spin on one foot and sprint out of it. I'm on a carpet in the aerobics room at work so not exactly easy to spin even in throwing shoes. Just getting used to the movement now, nothing serious. Have to gradually get my body conditioned to do the movement without thinking about it.
