Fairly nice day in Central Ohio today so went for a walk outside for a change. 2:15 pm to 2:45 pm walk outside 30 min 8:10 pm to 9 pm @ work gym walk treadmill 30 min, up to level 15, up to 3.7 mph 20 min discus and shot put drills in aerobics room Earl

Good job Neecee. At least you got something in. I haven't been sleeping well lately either. Not sure why. Discus and shot drills...hard to describe. Basically a lot of spinning and spin on one foot and sprint out of it. I'm on a carpet in the aerobics room at work so not exactly easy to spin even in throwing shoes. Just getting used to the movement now, nothing serious. Have to gradually get my body conditioned to do the movement without thinking about it.
